Issue Summary
Based on our documentation, users should be able to choose to "Resolve" without a template.
However, this option seems to have disappeared.
>> This MAY have caused the "Resolve" functionality to automatically deselected on accounts who did not have a template selected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a page in the Statuspage manage portal
- Click on Apps
- Edit (or add) the Pagerduty app
- Click on edit for an active service
- Notice the dropdown for "Resolve" is missing the option to resolve with no template
Expected Results
As per our documentation, there was an option for users to choose Resolve an incident with no template (see screenshot that is from our documentation)
Actual Results
This option is missing (see second screenshot) and POTENTIALLY settings were auto-updated in customer PagerDuty apps to de-select "Resolve" when this option disappeared
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
