      Issue Summary

Some users in the Republic of Korea (South Korea), when subscribing to a Statuspage via SMS will receive an SMS message containing a link they need to visit to verify their SMS Subscription (this is an anti-spam method).

Some subscribers are receiving their SMS confirmation message split into two distinct messages, rather than one combined message. It has been noted that as this is an
SMS messages sent from an external (out of country) endpoint that these SMS are prepended with [국제발신]. This behaviour is not rolling out the various Republic of Korea carriers and will eventually affect 100% of Korean subscribers.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As a user with a Republic of Korea mobile phone number, subscribe to a Statuspage via SMS

      Expected Results

You will receive a single SMS message asking you to click on the verify subscriber link.

      Actual Results

For many customers, this SMS message is being received as two different SMS messages, and they are splitting the verify subscription link into two non functional parts.

      Workaround

Customers will need to copy the URL parts from both SMS messages and paste them together in their browser to create the verify subscription URL
