Page type changes in Statuspage Orgs with mutliple pages and the legacy billing engine will receive a GraphQL error

      Issue Summary

      This affects the Statuspage Organizations that have ALL of these characteristics::
      1. The Statuspage Organizations has multiple pages
      2. the Statuspage Organization is still on our legacy billing engine (Invoiced, Partner Billing)

      Customers with Statuspages in Statuspage organizations that have both of these characteristics  change can't reliably change their page type as desired.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select a trial page (for purposes of reproducing this error)
      2. In the Statuspage Management UI, attempt to change the page type to a different type

      Expected Results

      Your page's type will change

      Actual Results

      The following error is displayed as a pop-up error

      Error GraphQL error: You are not authorized to perform this change. 

      Workaround

      Please contact support if you receive the GraphQL error message, referencing this bug, the page identifier for your page, and the desired page type so we can assist with changing the page type.
