Incidents : Insufficient color contrast for standard text

      Issue Summary

      Low vision users would be impacted as the luminosity ratio for the text is not sufficient when compared with its background due to which it would be problematic for them to read the perceive the text properly and hence it would result in a degraded user experience for them.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open URL: https://status.npmjs.org/ and sign in with valid credentials.
      2. Navigate to the npm status page and reach 'View historical uptime' link, select it.
      3. Navigate to the tab item incidents and select it.
      4. Navigate to various controls of the page.
      5. Open Developer toolbar by pressing F12 key and select AXE dev tools.
      6. Verify whether Luminosity contrast ratio for text does have sufficient contrast ratio of
      4.5:1 or not.

      Actual Results

      The luminosity contrast ratio for 'README files not rendering on npmjs.com website' text is 2:7.1 which is less than the required contrast ratio of 4.5:1.

      Expected Results

      The luminosity contrast ratio for 'README files not rendering on npmjs.com website' text should be greater than or equal to the required ratio of 4.5:1.
      Note:
      ● The same issue exists with all similar text throughout the application.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
