Issue Summary
On “Incident” page, the html heading mark-up <h1> is missing on the webpage. This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the page content structure.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Statuspage.
- In the left sidebar, click on Incidents.
- Click on Create Incident (top-right) or select an existing incident.
- Edit and Save/Publish the incident.
- Turn on screen reader and navigate the page, observe screen reader announcement.

Actual Results
The <h1> element is not provided on the page. As a result, screen reader users find it difficult to understand the page’s content structure.
Expected Results
The text “First Incident” should be coded in <h1> tag which will help screen reader users finding it easy to understand the page content structure and navigate to different headings.
