      Issue Summary

When using the add-on ‘Statuspage for Jira Service Desk’ if a user doesn’t have Status page product access there's an incorrect message shown advising to change the browser settings.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the ‘Statuspage for Jira Service Desk’ add-on and configure it with a JSM project.
      2. In the project have a user with an 'Agent' license but no access to 'Statuspage'
      3. Have that agent assigned to an 'Incident' issue type.
      4. If the agent navigates to the 'Statuspage' panel on the Incident ticket a message will be shown advising to change the browser settings to authenticate correctly:

      Expected Results

There should be a message that states that the user doesn't have access to the 'Statuspage' product.

      Actual Results

An incorrect message about changing the browser settings is shown.

      Workaround
