      Issue Summary

Customer reported (reproduced and confirmed as well):

"We use google docs to fill our post mortems collaboratively before duplicating the whole text inside status page post mortem field.

We noticed recently that the tables created in google doc and duplicated in the post mortem field seem handled correctly in edition mode and i don't see any difference with a table created directly in the post mortem field.
But they are actually not handled and not saved both in the draft and published version."

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a Closed incident.
      2. Select Postmortem tab.
      3. Copy a table from a Google doc and paste it into the Postmortem edit field.
      4. The table is pasted correctly.
      5. Publish the postmortem

      Expected Results

The table should be displayed in the published Postmortem as expected.

      Actual Results

      The table disappears.

      Workaround

The workaround is to manually recreate the table in Postmortem edit instead of copy-pasting it from another source.
