Issue Summary
Statuspages billed under our newer billing engine don't support updating the Business Contact for a subscription even though they are redirected from admin.atlassian.com/billing to the Statuspage management page.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have a Statuspage under the new billing engine
- Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and click on "Manage" in the Statuspage subscription
Expected Results
For other products, it would be possible to access a "Manage business contacts" screen
Actual Results
User gets redirected to manage.statuspage.io, with no option to manage the contacts.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
