Issue Summary

I have configured scheduled maintenances to not send the message that maintenance is starting soon to avoid confusing users. After unselecting the option to send the initial notification, users have reported still receiving the email from Statuspage about a maintenance starting soon. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new scheduled maintenance 
2. Select at least 1 component to be included in the maintenance
3. Choose a day and time for the maintenance to occur
4. Unselect the notification box for the "An hour before this maintenance starts" option
5. Save the maintenance

Expected Results

Users would not receive notification emails for any events that the person scheduling the maintenance did not select to send notifications. 

Actual Results

Users do receive a notification email that the maintenance is set to occur soon. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
