Facing "Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "value", document.getElementById(...) is null" error when using same user multiple times in the OTP flow

This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

It is expected to send OTP when trying to add a subscriber and if the subscriber is verified it is supposed to take us to the components without login flow

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the console.log file:

"Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "value", document.getElementById(...) is null"
