Issue Summary

Statuspage recently implemented an OTP verification flow for users to access and manage their email subscriptions to pages.

In some cases, we are seeing that the Statuspage page refreshes before the user has time to enter their email address and the OTP when trying to access the subscription management page. The page refreshes within a minute of the OTP being received, which makes it difficult to enter the information before the refresh occurs. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Subscribe to a Statuspage that has component subscriptions enabled
2. Enter your email address and OTP but do not select "Verify OTP and subscribe"
3. Wait approximately one minute without refreshing the page. The page then refreshes itself and the option to enter the OTP disappears. 

Expected Results

User should be able to enter their email address and OTP at any point during the 10 minutes that the OTP is valid. 

Actual Results

The page is refreshed under a minute before the user has time to enter their email address and OTP to manage their subscriptions. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes, but after the page is refreshed a new OTP has to be requested. 

Workaround

The only known workaround is to quickly enter the OTP information before the page refreshes.
