Issue Summary
We recently made some UI related changes to the Statuspage <-> JSW / JSM integration, specifically the glance panel that shows on the Jira / JSM issue view. These changes have affected the way the glance panel data is fetched from the backend and then rendered on the browser.
Due to this change, the glance panel intermittently fails to load with a "Server Error" for some customers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Manage portal -> Apps -> Jira Software / Jira Service Management
- Configure your integration as per https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-a-jira-service-management-integration/ or https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-the-jira-software-integration/
- Link some projects
- Go to the project on Jira / JSM and create a new issue.
Expected Results
Being able to perform all actions (create, link, update) on Statuspage incidents for all pages.
Actual Results
Customers are facing intermittent failures in the glance panel loading on the issue view screen.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
