Issue Summary

The clickable area for the 'send notifications' checkbox extends far the the right outside the checkbox

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incident
2. Select a component
3. Select the 'send notification' button from any area directly to the right of the actual checkbox 

Expected Results

The only area to select the 'send notifications' checkbox is inside the box itself. 

Actual Results

We can see that the 'clickable area for the send notifications button extends very far to the right along the X axis, all the way to quite close to the 'update' button, which can result in inadvertently deselecting the checkbox.
