      Issue Summary

If you have a higher tier plan that includes SMS and you decide to downgrade, the SMS subscribers stay on your page but the option to bulk unsubscribe them is gone and they can only be individually unsubscribed. This could be challenging if the page has lots of SMS subscribers.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page at the business tier and add some SMS subscribers
      2. Observe that there is a checkbox to select all SMS subscribers to remove.
      3. Downgrade the plan to a hobby tier.
      4. Go back to the SMS subscribers and observe the warning message informing you that you can't add new subscribers until you upgrade. Under that, there is no checkbox to select all SMS subscribers to remove.

      Expected Results

There should be a checkbox to select all subscribers, which will allow me to unsubscribe all of them. It would be similar to what you can see on email subscribers.

      Actual Results

The checkbox is gone and you can only remove individual subscribers

      Workaround

      1. Individually remove each subscriber
      2. Use the Manage API to unsubscribe a list of subscribers.
