Issue Summary
Customers are reporting that when loading their page, the components are not loading properly or elements are missing, and in the network logs we can see the error ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
We have a timeout set when Statuspage is loading and we are stopping the loading of the page after a fixed time. Since these Statuspage pages contain a large number of components, we are hitting this time limit.
Due to this reason, we are showing a partially loaded page when we miss a cache hit.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open pages with a large number of components
Expected Results
- Page should be loading properly with all incidents and components showing
Actual Results
- Page is not loading and the following error is shown - ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
