Issue Summary

Recently, Statuspage implemented an OTP verification flow for users to be able to access and manage their email subscriptions to pages.

In some cases, we are seeing that when trying to access the subscription management page, after completing the OTP validation, the expected redirect is not occurring properly, making the user unable to manage their subscription.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Subscribe to an affected page that has component subscriptions enabled
2. Try to access your subscription management (It will say OTP code has been sent)
3. Go through the OTP validation with the same email

Expected Results

User should get redirected to the subscription management page

Actual Results

In some cases the redirect is not occurring, causing it to be stuck on the same page

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
