Adding more than 10 components in Pagerduty app causes failure to save

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Pagerduty app in Statuspage under Apps >> Pagerduty
2. Add more than 10 components
3. Attempt to save

Expected Results

Settings should save all added components

Actual Results

Settings fail to save. The UI is allowing for the addition of components beyond 10, but the failure occurs upon attempting to save. You could spend 30 mins adding the right components and then it doesn't save
