Statuspage integration with JSM Portal - Brief blank space flashes at the top of the portal view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Statuspage to one of your projects
2. Create an Incident so it gets shown in the Portal from that project
3. Delete the Incident from the Statuspage integration

Expected Results

The space where the Statuspage incident should show when there is an active one should be blank when loading the portal view

Actual Results

A brief blank box space shows and disappears immediately:

  Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
