Issue Summary
The PagerDuty integration seems to not be properly creating incidents or updating component status on some pages that have the integration configured
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the integration as per https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-a-pagerduty-integration/
- After setting up component and incident rules correctly, create an incident in PagerDuty and select the respective service as the one affected
Expected Results
Statuspage incident should be created and component status changed as per the rules defined in the integration
Actual Results
No incidents or component changes in the Statuspage, no events in the activity log
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
