Issue Summary

When users try to subscribe to a page with SSO enabled, they will be prompted with Captcha and upon successfully completing it, instead of subscribing the user, they are redirected to IdP

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable SSO on a page
2. Login to the page and make sure Captcha is enabled while subscribing
3. You will be redirected to the login page again upon successful completion of the captcha.

Expected Results

Users should be able to subscribe after completing the captcha. 

Actual Results

Users are getting redirected to login and an error occurs. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
