Issue Summary

When an "Update" notification is sent out for Incidents, without a status change, it results in all emails in the thread not rendering correctly for some specific HTML rendering engine implementations.
As an example, while these emails will render correctly within a Microsoft Outlook email, they do not render correctly within the Outlook Reading Pane. The same email will render in other mail clients with no issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Incident 
2. Send notifications (open in Outlook) 
3. Notice email shows correctly in reading pane
4. Create an Update to an incident (without changing the status of it) 
5. Notice email is "cut off" when in the reading pane (note it does display correctly when fully opened) 

Expected Results

For emails to display correctly in reading pane as well. 

Actual Results

Emails appear to be cut off (only in the reading pane) on the right hand side, and the reading pane will not allow you to scroll to the right to show all the email.

Workaround

Using a different email application (e.g. on Mac, Apple Mail).
