Issue Summary

When using the "Export users" functionality for Audience-specific pages with a large number of users, the export sometimes gets stuck running for a few hours, either displaying the message that the export is complete but preparing the download, or displaying that the export is taking longer than expected but still in progress.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Audience-Specific page with a large number of users (This seems to happen more frequently in pages with 15k+ users)
2. Export users

Expected Results

Export should be completed in a normal amount of time, and the messaging should be clear

Actual Results

Exports sometimes getting stuck, messaging not always clear

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
