Issue Summary

The history page seems to be removing all the line breaks from the original content and making it unreadable. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incident/maintenance with content spanning multiple lines with line breaks
2. Open main page and history page in separate tabs and compare the results

Expected Results

The history page should retain the formatting/line breaks.

Actual Results

The history page is removing all the line breaks. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
