Issue Summary
Users may notice 400 errors while accessing the public page. This issue happens when a third-party application (like Intercom) is connected and when the application is removed from Statuspage the cookie refresh is not happening to the users who have accessed the page when the app was connected. No issues for the people who are accessing the page for the first time or manually clearing the browser cache and cookies to access the Statuspage.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
Cookie refresh happens automatically without any manual intervention even after adding or removing third party applications
Actual Results
Users have to manually clear the browser data to access the page and if they don't they continue to get 400 errors.
Workaround
Currently, in case of any errors the end users have to manually clear the browsing data to get new cookies generated to be able to access the public pages.
