Issue Summary

An update to Statuspage has impacted the tooltips which affects how they are displayed. Line breaks are not respected and special characters are not decoded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a line break and some special characters
2. Observe that line breaks are no longer taken into account and spacial characters are not decoded.

Expected Results

Line Breaks are respected and special characters are decoded.

Actual Results

Line breaks are no longer taken into account
Special characters are encoded and displayed without being decoded.
