Issue Summary

When implementing a HTML tag in the description of an Incident, adding an incomplete version such as `<span><a href=:>` will cause the Statuspage page itself to crash until the tag is removed from the Incident Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Incident and add `<span><a href=:>` into the description, and Save
2. Open the Statuspage itself
3. The page will crash continuously until it is removed

Expected Results

Statuspage should still load even if the tag is incomplete

Actual Results

The page crashes without resolution until the incomplete tag is removed

Workaround

Remove the tag from the description, or complete it
