      Issue Summary

When adding a new User to an Audience-Specific page, you can be provide access to components for this user via "Groups" or as Individual Components. When individual Components are used instead of groups, there is a UI bug that does not show the Subscribe to Notifications checkbox unless specific types of components are chosen.

If components are within groups, the "Subscribe to Notifications" checkbox does not appear at the bottom of the "Individual Components and Metrics" section, unless one of the components chosen is not in a group. It is possible to choose any number of components within a group from 1 to all, and this will not make the notifications checkbox appear, only choosing a component outside a group will make it appear.

It is possible to grant a user to an ungrouped component and a component within a group and subscribe the user to receive notifications from both components, then to edit the user and remove the ungrouped component and the grouped component will still remain subscribed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to an Audience Specific Page
      2. Click on Audience > Users
      3. Click on Add User
      4. Under the "Individual Components" check one of the components NOT within a group - observe the Subscribe to Notifications checkbox that comes up
      5. Uncheck this, and now check a component that is within a group and observe that this checkbox does not come up
      6. Now check both one within a group and one not within a group and observe the checkbox appear

      Expected Results

For the checkbox to appear when a component is selected that is within a group.

      Actual Results

The checkbox does not show up when a component is selected which is within a group.

      Workaround

If there are ungrouped components, a user can be added to this component and the selection of components from other groups and subscribed, and then edited to remove the ungrouped components.

Alternatively, create a group that has the component selection choice, and subscribe the user to that groups.

Or, Import users and subscriptions via CSV: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/import-users-for-audience-specific-pages/
