Issue Summary

Customer reports that Statuspage is using an email address containing 67 characters "component+cfc49048-8624-44d7-90d4-2843453caf08+degraded_performance@notifications.statuspage.io" as a notification address, which is causing it to be seen as an invalid email address by SMTP standards based on a limit of 64 characters ( https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5321#section-4.5.3.1 and https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5321#section-4.5.3.1.1 )

-Unable to reproduce on my site with notifications so far

Expected Results

Email addresses should be kept under 64 characters

Actual Results

Address contains 67 characters (not included @domain)
