Issue Summary
Customer changed the name of Incident from Example name to new name Postmortem for Example name. When they sent out a notification for the Incident after that by publishing a Postmortem the notification email was sent with the wrong email message as it contained the old Incident name.
Steps to Reproduce
- Unable to reproduce on test account.
Expected Results
Email notification should contain Postmortem for Example name as the email subject.
Actual Results
The email subject was the old Incident message.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
