Issue Summary

When clicking the Subscribe to updates button on a Statuspage that has component subscriptions turned on, and inputting an already subscribed number, either nothing happens, or the Captcha comes up, then after going through the verification nothing happens again, instead of opening the subscription management page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Subscribe via SMS to a Statuspage
2. Click on the Subscribe to update button again, select SMS and input the same number you previously registered (Or any number that was already subbed)

Expected Results

The manage your subscription page should open after going through Captcha verification if necessary

Actual Results

No redirect happens and no other page opens (Attached video and HAR file from my testing), same thing happens on Chrome, Safari and also Brave browser on a different device. Tested with multiple phone numbers and on different pages as well.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
