Issue Summary

Not seeing the following user management events in the page's Activity log:

• User invitations created or deleted
• Users joining the team or removed
• New account owner

Per the document on Activity Log, these events are logged.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the Manage panel
2. From the Users page via one's avatar, Invite a new team member.

Expected Results

Was expecting to see a user invite entry in the page's Activity log

Actual Results

Activity log has no new entry.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
