Issue Summary

It is not possible to resend an invite to an already invited team member.
You get the message that max user limit has been reached and to upgrade the license.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a page and use up all team member seats.
Try to resend an invite for some of the users who haven't signed up yet.

Expected Results

Invite gets re-sent to user

Actual Results

Statuspage treats this as a new user invite and throws an error that max user limit has been reached.
