Issue Summary

User's will get an error when attempting to create a password for statuspage. Statuspage ask for special characters but does not define what special characters are accepted. 

Steps to Reproduce

 attempt to create a password with '-', it won't be accepted though it is a special character.

Expected Results

Since password requirements are not defined, users expect any character to be accepted. 

Actual Results

Error message:

We believe the following are accepted special characters users can use for the password to be accepted:
