Issue Summary

With a narrow browser view, a subscriber that triggers the Recaptcha modal may see a grey screen and no indication that there is a popup awaiting their input

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to create a page level subscription. Since this reproduction requires the Recaptcha to appear, this may take subsequent attempts.
2. Resize the browser viewport to a narrow size

Expected Results

Able to see and interact with the Recaptcha modal

Actual Results

Workaround

Making the browser viewport wider will restore the proper position, or scrolling down on the page may make it visible again
