Issue Summary
It is possible for a single PagerDuty service to appear in both the Active and Inactive tabs of the PagerDuty App in Statuspage.
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect PagerDuty to a test Statuspage
- Create a new Service in PagerDuty
- Configure rules against that service in Statuspage
Expected Results
The service is visible in the Active tab, but removed from Inactive
Actual Results
The service may be visible in both the Active and Inactive tabs. However, the rules are functional, indicating the service is indeed active.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
