Issue Summary

When posting an incident, any spaces beyond the first one are stripped out from the title and message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new incident.
2. In both the Title, and the Message, type something like hello          world(observe the 10 spaces in the middle)
3. Post the incident

Expected Results

Spacing is honored, and the 10 spaces are present on the page and in the incident view in manage

Actual Results

Any space beyond the first is removed, so text is rendered as hello world. Interestingly, if you try to edit the title or message on manage, the extra spaces are still present during editing, but do not render anywhere outside the editor.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
