Link text in Apps screen not accessible for screen readers

      Issue Summary

      Link text for each individual app just says "Learn more" without providing enough descriptive text about what it is related to. A vision impaired user will have trouble determining what "Learn more" link is related to each app

      Recommendation

      Use the app name as the link text, instead of generic text repeated.
