Issue Summary

When the Plugin is loaded, the place where it should be loaded is extended, leaving extra space above the Service desk option icons.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure the JSM integration
2. Load the JSM portal, observe the top where the integration resides

Expected Results

JSD integration will load and the UI will have the correct orientation involving the service desk option icons.

Actual Results

when the Plugin is loaded, the place where it should be loaded is extended, leaving extra space above the Service desk option icons.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
