Issue Summary

Upcoming Scheduled Maintenances on "Open" tab are in reverse chronological order

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the incidents tab
2. Make sure you are in the Open tab, not Maintenance
3. Create (or already have) several scheduled maintenances at varying times

Expected Results

Like on the Maintenance tab, the maintenance under "Upcoming maintenances" that will happen first is on top, and most distant on bottom

Actual Results

The distant events are on top of the Upcoming maintenances area and the ones that will happen soonest are on bottom
