Issue Summary

Component Groups look like they will always roll up the most severly degraded sub-component. Unfortunatley, that means an Page Access User might see a Group as being in an outage state even though none of the Components they have access to are in that state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Component Group with "Comp 1" and "Comp 2"

1. Create a Page Access Group that just has access to "Comp 1" and assign a User to that group

1. Keep "Comp 1" Operational, and set "Comp 2" to Major Outage

1. View the page as the user you assigned to that group.

Expected Results

Component Group is Operational, since the user only has access to Comp 1 which is indeed operational.

Actual Results

Group rollup shows Major Outage because of Comp 2, even though the user does not have access to that component

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
