      Actual Results

The decorative left-arrow icon (“←”) is announced by screen readers along with the “← Incident History” link text. This causes screen reader users to hear unnecessary decorative content.

      Expected Results

The decorative icon should be hidden from screen readers.

Add aria-hidden="true" to the <span> element containing the decorative icon.
