Allow StatusPage Admins to update "External Identifiers" for Audience Specific Pages through UI

      Problem Definition

      The customer is having an audience-specific page and has enabled SSO on it. They are referring to our documentation, which asks them the following

      Add a Group Name and the External Identifier from Okta. The External Identifier used here is the Group Name from Okta.

      The Group Name within Statuspage can be anything, but the External Identifier needs to be the same as the corresponding Group Name within Okta.

      The customer is not able to add this identifier from the UI and is seeking this feature to be available from UI itself.

      The customer has confirmed that they can update it via API
