Issue Summary

The link texts fail to meet the minimum contrast ratio requirement.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Corporate Tax and Trade page.
2. Navigate to the "Past Incidents & Maintenance" section.
3. Using Tab key, navigate to the mentioned instances.
4. Use the CCA testing tool to check the color contrast.
5. Observe that the color contrast between the mentioned text and the background is insufficient.

Actual Results

The link texts "ONESOURCE Determination Anywhere 2025.04 PROD patch (AMER)", "ONESOURCE Determination - Enterprise Cloud 2025.04 PROD patch (AMER)", and so on present below "Past Incidents and Maintenance" section with #3496D7 foreground color have an insufficient color contrast ratio of 3.2:1 with #FFFFFF background color.

This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to read standard text elements that have insufficient contrast.

Expected Results

The contrast ratio between the foreground and background color should be sufficient. Ensure that the color contrast of the mentioned texts meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 with it’s background.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
