Issue Summary

The text "Operational" fails to meet the minimum contrast ratio requirement.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Tax and Accounting Professionals page.
2. Navigate to the mentioned text.
3. Use the CCA testing tool to check the color contrast.
4. Observe that the color contrast between the mentioned text and the background is insufficient.

Actual Results

The text "Operational" with #77A22D foreground color has an insufficient color contrast ratio of 3:1 with #FFFFFF background color. This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to read standard text elements that has insufficient contrast. 

Expected Results

The contrast ratio between foreground text and background for the standard text should be sufficient. 

On all pages, ensure that each foreground/background color combination presents a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for standard text.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
