Connecting a Statuspage Page to a JSM project via "Statuspage Add-on" in JSM fails

      Issue Summary

      When trying to configure JSM Statuspage Add-on, it fails with the error "There was a problem accessing your status page." 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the Statuspage Add-on app to JSM. (https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-a-jira-service-management-integration/#Set-up-a-Jira-Service-Management-integration)
      2. Configure the App with a Statuspage Page ID and API key.
      3. Click on the Add button.

      Expected Results

      Setup successfully.

      Actual Results

      Error: "There was a problem accessing your status page." Check your page ID and API key, and try again.

      Browser debug log shows 401:

      {"error":{"code":401,"message":"value too long for type character varying(255)"}}
