    Description

      This page shows a decent chart of the notifications that Stash sends: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Notifications

      We'd love to be able to configure what notifications get sent and to whom at the administration level.

      For instance, we don't want developers to be spammed with emails every time a reviewer adds a comment to a pull request, but rather only at the end when it is approved or rejected.
