As a Stash User, I want to be able to specify the amount of 'context' provided for a diff

As a Stash User, I want to be able to specify the amount of 'context' provided for a diff in a Pull Request.

Specifically, as I can in Fisheye/Crucible, I should be able to have the entire file as my context and be able to comment on it.

While the "View Full Source of This File" option is available, it only allows file viewing. I cannot comment on the full file and have those comments be reflected in the Pull Request.

This morning, several users who have been enthusiastic about moving from Crucible to Stash, told me, "I had to go and create a code review in Crucible to see what I wanted to see and provide appropriate comments."

The code review and diff functionality provided in Stash is a bit simplistic compared to that available in Fisheye. The goal should make the functionality and tools available for code reviews equal to that in Fisheye.

The lack of code review and diff functionality is forcing our users of Stash to either create code reviews in Fisheye/Crucible or to use the git command line tools to understand what they are reviewing and its impact.

This is related to STASH-2871 and STASH-2872.
