Description

Need more context for reviews/diffs! Preferably option to have full context.

When a comment is added to a line, that line gets highlighted blue - very hard to determine what was changed etc. ie. Can only tell if it has been added/modified if it has a '+' in the gutter, or removed if it has '-' (and the +/- isn't immediately clear, need to actually look for it)
