Some days ago I noticed that the code in hunks aren't respecting the encoding of the files, utf-8. If i change the encoding of the file to ANSI, the modification (the green part) appears right.

I tried to modify the configuration of encoding (tools -> options -> default text encoding) to something else and back to utf-8, but the issue remains. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, too.

This issue prevents me of stage lines, too.

I have gitHub for Windows installed too and everything looks fine on it.
