Horizontal scroll bar not always visible in differences

    Description

      In the differences view the horizontal scrollbar is only visible at the bottom of a change with the content of x lines. 

      When this number of lines is set to (e.g.) 12, the horizontal scrollbar rarely visible. This issue doesn't occur when this settings is set to 6.
